Cloud Hosting

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a tool/apps/plugin to host a file in the cloud on demand…-i am going to provide a link to each file and what I want to happen on clicking is the file should be displayed online…instead of starting a download…

That should prevent users from downloading the file…they should only read it online…an envoirnment like scribd.com

Primarily looking for a free service…
